Checked into a Standard Double Room. The room was clean and modern, featuring a flat-screen TV and good air conditioning. I appreciated the availability of a hot and cold water dispenser on my floor. the lack of basic toiletries like body wash and the presence of smudges on the cups were disappointing. The staff at check-in were quick and polite, but I felt the service could use some improvement overall. Especially when I needed extra towels, it took them longer than expected to arrive. The noise from the club nearby occasionally disrupted my sleep, which made the experience less enjoyable. The steep slope leading up to the hotel was challenging with luggage.

There was a lack of proper amenities like body wash in the bathroom, and cups weren't adequately cleaned, resulting in smudges. On top of that, the power outlets were located awkwardly below the TV, making it inconvenient. Lastly, the absence of an elevator makes lugging luggage a real test, especially with the steep slope leading to the entrance.
